Please help us paint the town Pink for “Pink Out Glenwood” at Vine St. Cellars

Thanks to the support of Mayor Kim Clark, who has proclaimed October 15th as “Pink Out Glenwood” we are launching a City-Wide Pink Out Effort to help promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month with Methodist Jennie Edmundson Breast Health Center.  We are hoping that each businesses will join us in doing a “Pink Out Glenwood” window display.  Please have your display completed by Friday, October 9th and contact the Chamber office to register your window!   To vote for your favorite display,  stop by the Glenwood City Hall to cast your ballot or vote online on the Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce facebook page.

Be sure to get your pink on and join us as we “Celebrate” with Survivors,  Hear the Mayoral Proclamation, Announce the Top 3 Window Display Winners, Enjoy Refreshments and Network at Vine Street Cellars.
On Saturday, October 17th, join in the “Save the Twins” Poker Ride with Loess Hills Harley Davidson. Registration begins at9:00 am,  Ride at 10:00 am, Last in at 1:00 pm. They challenge you to “Bedazzle A Bra” and enter the contest with a runway show starting at 1:00 pm with voting, food and fun.
