Let’s “Keep the CHEER Here”

Keep the CHEER Here is our Local campaign, to encourage our community to continue supporting local businesses and keep their dollars in Mills County. This is also a way for us to thank our community members for shopping locally!

We are challenging YOU to shop at local participating businesses, keep your receipts, & bring them to the Chamber office.

Campaign starts on Small Business Saturday, November 28 through December 19, 2020.

Stop into the Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce office located at 5N Vine St, Glenwood with copies of your receipts on Monday, December 21, between 9am and Noon or Tuesday, December 22 between 9am and 2pm (If you are unable to stop in during these times please email your receipts) and receive 10% back in Chamber bucks for supporting local. Please wear a mask. Please practice social distancing. PLEASE stay home if you are sick or have been exposed to someone that is sick. You may also email copies of your receipts, along with your full name, mailing address, & contact phone number to: tana@glenwoodia.com on 12/21/20 or 12/22/20 no later than 5:00pm and your chamber bucks will be mailed out to you.

Reimbursement amount will not exceed $25.00.

No more than $100.00 will be allowed for food and/or drink purchases.

This is for merchandise spending only – no reimbursement for classes, grooming, appointments, gift cards, memberships, new phone/service contracts, or renewals.

Must be 18 or older to participate.

A qualifying receipt must reflect a minimum purchase of $50.00 (between November 28-December 19,2020.)

Limit of one per household.

10% reimbursement will be given back in Chamber Bucks to spend at local businesses. Some restrictions apply.

The Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce will reimburse valid receipts and spending, until $1000.00 in Chamber Bucks is given away.

Individuals agree to allow the Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce to utilize recipients name and photos in various media outlets.

Shop at participating stores (listed below) between November 28th and December 19th. KEEP your receipts. Bring them into the Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce office located at 5 N. Vine Street, Glenwood, Iowa 51534 on 12/21/20 or 12/22/20 to receive 10% back in Chamber bucks.
