Junior Boot Camp at JB Fitness

JB Fitness is resuming Junior Boot Camp classes on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 for 5th -8th grade students.  Junior Boot Camp is designed to introduce kids to the fundamentals of exercise including strength training, cardiovascular training, core work, and flexibility.  The emphasis is proper form to enhance a lifetime of safe and effective fitness.
