August Chamber Chit Chat

The Chamber will begin resuming our normally scheduled events in a safe socially distanced format. We are excited to get out and connect and develop deeper relationships with each of our members. Currently the application is live for our Leadership Mills County program. This is a great way to learn more about our county, to connect with potentially new contacts and really to learn more about yourself. To apply please go to our website.

We also have some new members to the Chamber:

Benchmark Mortgage- Rachel Pierce: If you have the opportunity to sit down and chat with Rachel Pierce, I highly suggest you do it. She has such a passion for helping people with achieving homeownership. If you are purchasing a home and looking for a broker, be sure to connect Benchmark.

Lust for Rust- This shop operates under the tag line “the last chance garage”. They specialize in restoration, revival and that last chance for the classics. They have a deep-rooted love for all cars and desire to see them operating at their full potential. If you are looking for a place to help you fix up your car, or just a car nut yourself give them a call!

If you have been interested in trying out the Chamber, but haven’t sure if it’s for you, this is the perfect time to join. All memberships are half off through the end of the year. Still not sold? Reach out to Rachel Reis and learn more about the vision and mission of the Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce and why having a thriving active Chamber is imperative for the business community.  ~ Rachel
