The Glenwood Area Chamber of Commerce will host the Annual Betterment & Beautification Awards Program to recognize those who make our communities a better place to live, work, and play.

5:30-6:00 p.m. – Appetizers &
Happy Half Hour (cash bar)
6:00 – Dinner – Catered by – Classic Café
Dinner Tickets are $15.00 per person

to the Chamber Office so we have an accurate head count for dinner.
Recognition will be given to:
New Chamber Member Businesses, individuals, clubs, organizations, businesses, and other groups who have made significant contributions to our communities…Citizen of the Year, Junior Citizen of the Year, Good Neighbor of the Year, Educator of the Year, Customer Service of the Year, Business Improvement of the Year, Club/Organization of the Year.
Please complete the nomination form that corresponds to your nominee and attach a narrative including contributions, efforts, and reasons you believe recognition is deserved. Attach any other information you wish. (See special instructions under Junior Citizen of the Year.) You are welcome to make copies of these nomination forms.
